Ingredients
  

  • 2 large chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to preheat for 3 minutes.
  • Season chicken: In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil. Add garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper, mixing well to coat evenly.
  • Arrange in basket: Place the seasoned chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they don’t overlap. Lightly spray with olive oil.
  • Cook: Air fry the chicken bites for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they’re golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Serve: Let the chicken cool slightly, then serve with your favorite dipping sauce or as part of a meal.

Notes

For best results, use chicken pieces of similar size to ensure even cooking. If you prefer extra crispiness, add a light coating of breadcrumbs or panko to the chicken before air frying.
