Ingredients
  

For the Stir-Fry:

  • 1 lb beef flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz noodles rice noodles, lo mein, or egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1- inch ginger minced
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds optional, for garnish

For the Sauce:

  • ¼ cup soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce or hoisin sauce for a sweeter taste
  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes optional, for heat
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water for thickening

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Ingredients – Thinly slice the beef, chop the vegetables, cook the noodles, and mix the sauce.
  • Cook the Beef – Sear the beef in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes, then remove it from the pan.
  • Stir-Fry the Vegetables – Sauté garlic, ginger, and green onions, then add the bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli, cooking until tender-crisp.
  • Combine Everything – Return the beef to the pan, add the sauce, and toss in the noodles. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until well-coated and heated through.
  • Serve – Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
