Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Wash and dry the Brussels sprouts thoroughly. Trim the stems and slice each sprout in half.
  • In a large bowl, toss the sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Place the seasoned sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
  • Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure all sides crisp up beautifully.
  • For an extra flavor boost, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese in the last 2 minutes of cooking.
